Can I change levels whenever I want to? Can I Skip levels? Can I go back to an earlier level?
Yes, you can do all of those things. We've used "Levels" to divide the information and skills we think are essential for long-lasting eating behavior changes. We prefer that you work through Levels 1 and 2, allowing the app to "graduate" you from one level to the next, but you can most certainly move from one level to the next on your own. In Level 3, you definitely decide when to move on, and we've made Level 4 optional (it's about time-restricted eating and intermittent fasting), so you can definitely opt-out of that level altogether if you choose to do so. To change levels (going up or down), just go to the Settings area of the app and click on the Level you want.
