Does the app cover time-restricted eating or intermittent fasting?
It covers both topics in Level 4. Starting with video 400, the app helps you sample many possible ways to alter your eating based on recent lab findings that these techniques hold much promise. They are difficult to establish as permanent routines, however, so we are developing in-depth "tutorials" in level 4 about how to be successful. As of this entry (late January, 2022) that om-depth module has not been added to the app, but there are plenty of ideas and a few words of caution as well, about these exciting new developments.
