The entire app is designed to help you with that challenge, using techniques such as "teachable moments" learning and many other strategies. Level 2 of the app is geared to provide you with techniques to reduce emotional and stimulus-driven hunger, and Level 3 helps you identify and cope with underlying emotional and environmental triggers that activate urges to eat when you don't need the calories.
