Is Willpwr+EE just about emotional eating?

The app is really about healthy eating. That said, it emphasizes a variety of factors that stimulate a desire to eat besides needing food for energy. Those factors include many emotions including depressed or anxious mood,  but also sights of food, certain flavors of foods, boredom, conditioned eating (for example the habit of eating while watching tv), levels of fatigue,and tension, especially "Tense tiredness." Much of level 1 of the app is designed to help you distinguish between physical need for food (actual hunger) versus the desire for food when you don't really need calories (we've called that appetite, but it's really about all the factors that make you want to eat when calorie need is not what is triggering that desire). Later on (level 3) the app helps you fine-grain exactly which triggers are affecting you so that you have a better understanding of your own personal circumstances.
