What about Time Restricted Eating or Intermittent Fasting?
Both Time-Restricted Eating (TRE) and several types of Intermittent Fasting (IF) are fully covered in Level 4 of our app. Many will find these newer approaches to healthy eating especially valuable, but others will not. That's why we've made Level 4 "optional." Willpwr+EE is based on helping you make lasting changes in your eating patterns. If it's a challenge for you to change to TRE or some version of IF, then don't worry, you can still achieve lasting healthy eating changes.
